Your First 90 Days
Everything worth knowing before you start, and what to expect once you have.
How to take it
Two softgels a day. Not one.
Sixty in the pouch, thirty days' worth. That's the maths, and it's why the next one arrives when it does.
Take them together or split them, morning or night. With food or without. There's no fridge and no taste to get past.
The people this works for don't skip days. That's the entire difference between them and everyone else. Not their gut — their consistency.
Put the pouch where you already stand every morning. Beside the kettle, next to the toothbrush, in with the pill organiser. If it's in a drawer, you'll take it for nine days and then you won't. That isn't a discipline problem, it's a placement problem, and placement is fixable.
You don't have to stop anything to start
If you're taking something to keep things moving, keep taking it. It works on a completely different part of the system than this does. Most people find they reach for it less and less on their own, without ever making a decision about it.
What's inside, and what each one is doing
Fermented kombucha cultures. The organic acids produced during fermentation are the part that matters here — they're what the research on gut signalling has focused on.
Bacillus coagulans. A spore-forming strain, which is the only reason it survives stomach acid intact. Most probiotic strains don't get that far, which is why the CFU number on a label tells you much less than people assume.
Lactobacillus plantarum. One of the better-studied strains for establishing itself in the colon rather than passing through.
Dandelion root inulin. The food supply. A colony that isn't fed doesn't stay, so this is what turns a short visit into something that holds.
Slippery elm. Coats and calms the gut wall. The least dramatic ingredient and the one everything else depends on — signalling cells don't recover well in an irritated environment.
What's realistic, week by week
Weeks 1–2 — quiet. Some people notice things are a little easier around day five or six. Plenty notice nothing at all, and that isn't a failure. This isn't a laxative; it doesn't push anything.
Weeks 3–6 — less effort. Not urgency. Just less of a production. This is usually the point people stop being sceptical.
Months 2–3 — where it settles. Mornings stop being something you plan around. This is the stretch nearly every long-term customer points to when they describe what changed.
Month 4 onward — maintenance. Whatever you were using, you reach for it less. Most people can't name the week they stopped.
Why ninety days
Everything that worked immediately, stopped working. That's not bad luck — that's the mechanism.
Stimulant laxatives override. They don't ask what state your gut is in, they force the outcome. It works the first night, slightly less well the twentieth, and that's why the dose creeps up over the years until you're taking three of something that used to need one.
Anything that addresses the underlying thing has to be slower than that. There is no version where it isn't. The bacteria that produce the signal your colon uses to contract get thinned out over years — antibiotics, stress, the low-fibre stretches, age. Feed them and reseed them and they come back. But you can't rush a colony. You can only keep the supply steady and keep showing up.
The questions we get asked most
Can I take it with my other medications? Check with your doctor or pharmacist first, particularly if you take anything on a fixed schedule. We'd always rather you asked.
What if I miss a day? Take your two the next morning and carry on. Don't double up.
Do I need to change my diet? No. Some people do anyway and find it helps, but nothing here depends on it.
Can I take more than two? There's no benefit to it. Two a day is the dose the formula was built around, and taking more only means running out sooner.
What if it doesn't work for me? Sixty days are covered by the guarantee. Tell us and you get your money back — no forms, no argument.
Can I change when my next pouch arrives? Yes, and it takes one tap. Every reminder we send has delay options built into it, and your price is locked either way.
One last thing
You're at the start of something measured in months, not days. That isn't a warning — it's just what this is.
If anything at all is unclear, reply to any email we send you. It comes to a real person.
