Refund policy

At Lunvara, we care about your experience. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are not satisfied, our customer support team is here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unused or undamaged)
  • Include all original packaging
  • Be returned with proof of purchase (order number)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Compression gloves that have been worn

If an item is defective or damaged, this restriction does not apply. Defective products are always eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 10 business days
  • Include clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Include your order number

We will send a free replacement. If the replacement also arrives damaged or faulty, we will provide a full refund.

5. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 10 business days
  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We will send the correct item at no cost and cover any return shipping if required.

6. Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment:

  • We will offer a free replacement, or
  • A full refund

7. Change of Mind Returns

We accept “change of mind” returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in good condition.

Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, we offer exchanges for unused items in original condition within 30 days. Return shipping costs for exchanges due to preference (not damage/defect) are paid by the customer.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • We cannot issue a refund
  • The customer is responsible for any reshipment costs

11. Return Shipping Instructions

To start a return, contact our support team at support@mylunvara. Do not send items back without approval, as we may not be able to process your return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
