7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds. Re-shipment fees may apply.
8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Our Refund & Return Policy covers all details regarding returns and replacements. Key points include:
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Damaged or incorrect items qualify for free replacements
- Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility
- Lost packages after 30 days qualify for a free replacement or refund
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not entered the fulfilment process. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, but returns may still be available.
