3. Delivery Times
3.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This includes product checks, packaging, and handoff to our logistics partners.
3.2 Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (local time) begin processing the next business day.
3.3 Transit Times After Processing
Typical delivery times:

- United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
- Canada: 5–9 business days
- Australia: 6–10 business days
- New Zealand: 6–10 business days
3.4 Total Delivery Time
Most customers receive their order within 6–12 business days. Delays may occur due to holidays, customs, or carrier issues.
4. Tracking Information
All orders include full tracking.
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.
5. Packaging
Every order is carefully inspected, sealed, and protected to minimise transit damage.
6. Address Changes
Need to update your address?
Contact us at support@mylunvara.com immediately. We can only change the address before your order enters fulfilment.
7. Missed Delivery / Uncollected Orders
If the courier cannot deliver:
- They may leave the parcel with a neighbour or at a pickup point.
- If the package is returned to us, we will resend it one time for free.
Important: Refused or unclaimed packages are not eligible for a refund unless returned according to our Return Policy.
8. Order Issues
8.1 Damaged or Faulty Product
If your product arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 10 business days
- Include your order number and clear photos or videos
We will send a free replacement. If the replacement is also faulty, we will issue a full refund.
8.2 Wrong Item Delivered
If you received the wrong item:
- Contact us within 10 business days
- Include photos of the product and packaging
We will ship the correct product for free and cover any return costs.
8.3 Lost Package
If your package has not arrived within 30 days:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
9. Customer Responsibility
Please provide complete and accurate shipping details. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund.
